Thank you so much for creating the model for our roof conversion and extension.  It made a huge impact on what we did.  Being able to see the spaces in 3D enabled us to check if there was room in our bathroom to have both a shower and a bath and size it correctly and then order appropriately.  Because there was so much roof work and odd angles it also enabled us to move inner walls around as well as the stairs to make the best use of the space - before the builders began.  This saved us time and money on changing our minds mid build.  Again thank you I cannot recommend your work highly enough.

It's not always easy to readily visualise an architect's drawings and to understand what is being proposed. It was important to us that people knew what the proposed changes to our church would look like. Working with Pat enabled us to do just this. Moreover, as well as showing us what the completed project would look like, his initial representations gave us the confidence to experiment with and refine aspects of the initial design and, just as important, to see what the proposed works would look like within the context of the existing building.
